Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it. To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via email or phone using the contact details given below.

2. Cancellation by Maddybrain

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of unavailability of products, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, we will process a refund as per the refund policy below.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Order cancelled by you before shipment.
Order cancelled by us (e.g. out of stock or pricing error).
Product received in damaged or defective condition (subject to verification).
Wrong product delivered (subject to verification).

We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind, partial consumption, or misuse of the product. For damaged or wrong items, please report to us within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the same payment method used for the order. Refunds may take 7–10 business days (or as per your bank/payment provider's policy) to reflect in your account. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other means as communicated to you.

5. Return / Replacement

We do not have a general return or exchange policy. For genuine issues (damaged or wrong product), we may arrange replacement or refund at our discretion after verification. Contact us with your order details and proof to initiate a request.
